Can You Come To Our Villa?

Depending on where you are staying on the island (some areas have shallow bays or reefs), the boat can pick you up. We charge an extra fee for the pickup service. This is service is also weather dependant and if we are not able to do so we will contact you the day before your charter.

When Is The Best Time To Book?

The earlier you book, the better. We also suggest people book at the beginning of their trip (or before), allowing for second trips for riders who have a fantastic time or the flexibility to change the booking date if the weather changes.

Do You Provide Transportation?

No, we do not. We suggest contacting the concierge of your hotel or villa, and they should provide you with transportation. If not, we can help refer you to some reliable taxi services on the island.

Are There Age Restrictions?

Our age limit is not based on skills but on how quickly a rider can respond to sudden problems, such as getting too close to another rider, any animals in the water, a boat passing by, and shallow waters.
Suppose you have a rider under the age of 12. In that case, we will be willing to accept riders if they have prior wake surfing and/or wakeboarding experience, along with written consent and release of liability from their parents. Our instructors will also wakesurf with younger children sometimes if they are up for it.

How Long Is A Session?

Our minimum time is 2 hours and our full day charter is 6 hours long. We are flexible and can tailor the charter length and needs to your requirements.

Are There Discounts For Larger Groups?

The hourly rate of the boat goes down the longer your charter booking is.

How Easy Is It To Ride?

Most of our guests are first-time riders, or ride during the summer back home. During your charters you can expect to get up and ride in most of the sports you have chosen. Having instructors on the back of the boat makes its easier to get instruction. Time allocation to different sports is completely up to you. If you want to wake surf the entire charter then thats what we’ll focus on.

Can Someone Take Pictures?

We dont provide any camera equipment. How ever if you are riding and want the instructor to take pictures of you, we can certainly do that.

What Should I Bring?

Bring a bathing suit, rash guard/surf top, towel and sunscreen. We provide water shoes, life jackets and helmets (for Wake Foiling). The boat also has a cooler that we stock with soft drinks and snacks depending on the length of the chater.
